Exploring determinants of e-learner satisfaction become a great mass fever. The purpose of this research is to verify the relationships among e-learning culture, perceived network externalities, e-learner satisfaction, learner control and self-efficacy. We use purposive sampling to collect data from hi-tech, bank service, insurance service and service industries. Each company employs e-learning system as training programs at least one year. We adopt hierarchical regression to analyze data. A total of 275 copies are valid. The results show that e-learning culture, perceived network externalities and learner satisfaction are significantly correlated with self-efficacy. Furthermore, perceived network externalities and learner satisfaction play mediating roles between e-learning culture and self-efficacy. There is also moderating effect of learner control on perceived network externalities and learner satisfaction. This study gives some suggestions for academic and business.
