Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 造形設計學系玩具與遊戲設計碩士班 === 96 === Picture books and illustrated books are our first media of knowledge; they can build an atmosphere for parent and children to read together. Most of children’s book research, picture books focuses on illustration or teaching, and the designs of pop-up books are scarce. The pop-up books have education function of books with interesting toy designs. This research will take pop-up books combined with water toys and merge the element of role-playing to produce a brand-new creative design that has diversification and variation. This will offer the stimulation children have in vision and touch that is different from the general level that a picture can transmit. This research expects to use the analysis of documents and relevant products. It plans to coordinate with the infant`s development to produce a new product with complex forms that not only makes pop-up books combined with water toys, but also has reading and playing functions. It not only increase the choices of using it in the bath or playing with water, but also provide the module of role-playing. To hope that children can do imaginative justice to play role-playing, and it is good to develop their Chinese potential and creativity during the process of reading. They may then study and grow from the game.
