With a focus on their personal experience and stories, this project is intended to serve as a reference for future policy-makers to cope with over-employment in elementary education professionals as human resources. This research adopts narrative inquiry as a main research method to conduct in-depth interview with the personal experiences which these over-employed teachers have been through. This paper intends to address the issue of over-employment from the point of view of those who are currently over-employed, to enable me to depict the context situated and then to highlight the significance of issue . In the initial period of this research, I collected related information via the internet and then found possible objects of research to conduct in-depth interviews with so as to understand their thoughts on this issue, thereby gradually formulating this project based upon four cases as such. Among these four cases, two were married whereas the rest remain single, each of whom underwent distinct and idiosyncratic teaching and employment experiences in the course of their lives.
