Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 數學暨資訊教育學系(含數學教育碩士班) === 96 === A study of integrating Interactive Electronic Whiteboard into mathematical teaching in primary school.
This study aims to explore the process of integrating Interactive Electronic Whiteboard into Mathematics Teaching in primary school. This study discussed how the proposed teaching designs affect students’ learning performance and attitude, as well as the teachers’ professional growth and difficulties of implementation.
The study is an action research. The subject of this study is the class taught by the researcher. The study is carried out over the period of two semesters from September in 2007 to May in 2008.The resulting data for the study were collected from questionnaire, video-taping of the teachers’ teaching, interview record, students’ diary feedback and teachers’ reflective journals, etc.
The research results are as follows:
1. Integrating Interactive Electronic Whiteboard into mathematical teaching can improve student's learning attitude towards mathematics.
2. The good interaction between teachers and students can help increase students’ interest in learning and teacher’ teaching efficiency.
3. Interactive Electronic Whiteboard becomes the stage which students construct mathematical knowledge.
4. Most of Students conceive positive evaluation about integrating Interactive Electronic Whiteboard into the teaching of mathematics.
Finally, according to the results of this research, some suggestions about integrating Interactive Electronic Whiteboard into mathematics teaching are proposed for teachers and future research.
Key words: Interactive Electronic Whiteboard, action research, learning attitude towards mathematics
