Dependent variable for children entering first grade of elementary schools to adapt to circumstances, which include small groups adapt to the circumstances of life to adapt to circumstances, communication to adapt to the situation, action to adapt to school to learn to adapt to circumstances and situations. The study found: First, pre-school children with special needs transition services by the small stage to enter the country to adapt to the body to adapt to very good; Second, the special needs of pre-school children by the transition services into the primary stage of life to adapt to meet the general good; III study prior to the special needs of children by the transition services into the primary stage to adapt to the performance of good communication; the four pre-school children with special needs transition services by the small stage to enter the country to adapt to a very good action; five pre-school children with special needs transition services by entering Primary stage of learning to adapt to a good school. This study also aimed at schools, special education pre-school teachers and future recommendations for further research
