The subject of study was the resource room teachers in elementary schools in Changhua County. The instrument was followed by “Questionnaire on Elementary School Resource Room Teacher’s Administrative Support and Satisfaction” and “Teachers’ Burnout Scale”. Total of 119 questionnaires were sent out and 104 were valid questionnaires, and response rate was 87%. The data was processed and analyzed by adopting descriptive statistical analysis, and product-moment correlation. Following conclusions were drawn out from the results of the study: 1.The elementary school administrative supports to resource rooms were related regulations over than 80%, but still less than 20% did not approach the standard. 2.The elementary school resource room teachers satisfied the total support that the administrative department provided; however, the counseling administrative received more satisfaction. 3.The average of burnout of elementary school resource room teachers was low and middle degree of burnout. 4.The reception of elementary school resource room teachers to the school administrative support were low negatively correlated with the entire burnout, passion burnout and professional self-effectiveness burnout. When the satisfaction of administrative support increased, the degree of burnout , passion burnout and professional self-effectiveness burnout would be decreased. Finally, based on the results of this study outcome, the suggestions were provided for educational administrations agencies, school administrations, resource room teachers, and correlated studies in the future.
