碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 96 === The 『YOYO night call』is the first self-produced kids’ rhythm TV program of Taiwan. The researcher selected it as the subject to understand the production ideas of 『YOYO night call』and the conducting plans of hosts’ images. This study also explored the perceiving process of kids while watching this program and tried to investigate the reasons why kids like the hosts. This study adopted qualitative methodology to analyze varieties dates through non-participant observation and semi-structured interview. The findings of this research were described as below: 1. Among the producer’s producing ideas and reasons, budgets and commercial considerations played significant roles on the 『YOYO night call』 TV program。 Among them, the issue of the budget is the most important factor. 2. The colors belong to the hosts were the most important feature of the image of the hosts. The hosts in the 『YOYO night call』were considered as the role models of the kids. So, they were asked to act consistently behind the scene. Moreover, the hosts of the 『YOYO night call』 were requested to perform naturally in front of the scene while camera on. In addition, their personal life experiences have impact on the way they treated to kids and interactions. 3. Kids interpreted differently the content of 『YOYO night call』 by their age and viewing behaviors. In addition, Kids perceived that the host’s represented colors and their names must match their dressing way. At the end of this research, suggestions for future research were also made.
