Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 96 === In this thesis, an innovative method is proposed to simulate and visualize the scattering electric field of a target illuminated by radar waves. The propagation of the electromagnetic waves is computed by using a ray-tracing procedure first. Then the scattering electric field is accumulated on some concentric spherical surfaces. The magnitude of the scattering electric field is calculated and resampled on a 3D regular grid. The simulation results are illustrated by using both traditional visualization methods and volume rendering techniques.
