There is more and more different network system to satisfy the need of people from different area. Recently, the WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) helps people to become more creative in the management of information and capable of dealing with various situations or problems. In the future, the progressive advices we used in our life will become smarter, and the communication between advices will be much easier. ZigBee is one of the major technologies in the Wireless Sensor Network area. The purpose of this study is to apply the ZigBee technology to the management of mix formula and food processing procedures. We use the Wireless Sensor Network、PDA、the electronic scale and the barcode printer with ZigBee module to establish a system which is easy to use. The worker use the electronic scale with ZigBee module to measure the package’s weight, and the data will transfer to the PDA through the wireless network. The worker can print the data appear in their PDA after they check the accuracy of the data. The PDA will transfer print command and other data to the barcode printer through the wireless network too. And then the worker can put the barcode on the package to finish it. The Wireless Sensor Network of ZigBee makes the whole procedure accurate、immediate and convenient. The system also becomes more flexible without cables and fixed equipment.
