However, the quality regarding development of job search website is a critical issue on how to achieve an effective match between employer and job seeker. This involves in a variety of factors including job seekers’ work motivation and internet self-efficacy (social context), as well as the quality and display of website functionality (technical context). As a result, how to probe into the influencing factors on user behavioral intention of job search website from social and technical perspectives become an important issue in the field of human resources management and Internet-based information technology. The main purpose and contributions of this research are as follows: 1.A complete cause-effect model regarding the user behavioral intention on job search website is developed by collating existing job search websites and relevant literature of influencing factors on user behavioral intention of websites. From the social context (including employment willingness and requirement, interpersonal and external regulations, and personal ability) and the technical context (including technical belief and perceived website quality), this research plans to probe into whether these factors influence on user evaluation in respect of job search websites (including attitude, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention) and draft key contents of 13 interview outlines based on this viewpoint. 2.Based on the literature analysis of job search website and online user behavioral intention, and through the confirmation of content efficacy and initial interviews with experts and job seekers who used the job search website, an in-depth interview between the job seeker and employer is conducted. Being the main point of interview, the utilization of “e-job website” is also the focus regarding analysis and collation of interview data. 3.Combining academic theories and practical interview contents, this research plans to propose a research framework for user behavioral intention of job search website and develop five research propositions. The results of this research can be a reference for follow-up researchers to conduct empirical analysis and to extend the general inference ability of research framework.
