But, the job rotation usually accompany with the change of job characteristics and job transfer, therefore, employee feel powerlessness in their job easily and cause they have job insecurity. For this reason, the study is aimed mainly ate the relationship between job insecurity and willing to rotation, especially on the interference effectiveness between achievement motivation and job rotation type. Researchers identified as target study subjects all employees who work in financial institution.Of the total 300 questionnaires sent to target study subject, 161 were returned and accepted by the authors for use in this study. Researchers ran regression analysis and two-way analysis of variance on collected data. Research results found: whether the employee does accept the job rotation is unconcerned with job insecurity. Only when the employee felt powerlessness in their work, the willing to rotation will rise. Second, the employee’s achievement motivation will to strengthen in willing to rotation, but will not to strengthen between job insecurity and willing to rotation. In addition, the job rotation type do not have interference effectiveness between job insecurity and willing to rotation. The meaning of management, the study will application the Fred Fiedler's contingency model, use three contingency variance: “workplace, work skill and personal need achievement”, to find the beneficial and fruitless job rotation situation.
