Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 水產養殖學系 === 96 === The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of two kinds of lipid level (MF:9%, HF:17%) and two kinds of protein level (MP:47%, LP:31%), in grouper blood parameters and adipocyte complement-related protein of 30 kDa (ACRP30), and acclimatization of feeding HF-MF diet in early juvenile to improve its lipid utilization. The first study was feeding MF-MP and HF-LP for 32 weeks, the result showed higher blood glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol in HF-LP group, and follow-up tests found that HF-LP group within 72 hours after feeding showed high blood triglycerides (1200 mg/dl), no significant downward trend, and ACRP30 performance of the HF-LP group lower, but not significant. The second study feed MF-MP and HF-MP in juveniles for 12 weeks, and then fish were divided into two groups feeding MF-MP and HF-LP during 8 weeks growth experiment, feeding LP-HF in two groupers showed lower weight gain, feed efficiency and feed intake, but higher blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), hepatosomatic index (HSI), viscerasomatic index (VSI), intraperitoneal fat (IPF), dorsal muscle lipid, ventral muscle lipid, liver lipid and fat cell size. Total postprandial ammonia excretion sowed feeding MF-MP in two groups higher than feeding with HF-LP in two groups. Short-term different fed intake, cross-feeding and fed MF-MP diet after hunger 20 days, HF-LP groups also remain at a relatively high blood glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol. This study showed negative impact that fed HF-LP diet for a long term, and fed HF-MF diet in early juvenile acclimatization can not improve its lipid utilization in HF-LP diet, and fed MF-MP diet after hunger 20 days can not be improve long-term ingestion of feed HF-LP diet caused by high blood biochemical value phenomenon.
