Adding the factor of raising lesser children, the demographic structure has evolved into a floridisation status. And that has caught the immediate attention of our society. “Nursing the elders”, ”Easing the elders” quoted from the Chinese classics and Confucius - Not only living in wellness but also in dignity, is essential. The elders in our socirty ought to be taken good care of, physically as well as spiritually. This paper is meant to propose a new perspective and an executable project. At stage one, plan carefully based on feasibility analysis through data collection and on-site observations in Da-An district of Taipei City. At stage two, utilize a “design with full-scale consideration” strategy on Ren-Ci Park at Ren-Ci li, Taipei City as a case study. Targeting on senior citizens, the creation of the park, with rationality and aesthetic in the mind, is presented in the form of drawings in the hope of “tossing a brick and attracting a jade.” Key words: senior citizens, elders, local parks, a design with full-scale consideration
