The interconnection between the two was actually seldom suitably elaborated. This article discovered that training by Tai-Chi Quan may find a way to connect the nature and the culture. The targets of this study is traditional Tai-Chi masters and modern people who insist traditional Tai-Chi training method. Based on their related text and body experience, we inspected step by step through “the body experience” and “the return to original state”, and then built the traditional Tai-Chi Quan training pattern, traditional Tai-Chi masters practice experience structure, and modern people feeling structure by following the traditional Tai-Chi Quan training method. Finally, this research discovered that the fusion between the inner and the outer of Tai-Chi Quan body is the key to achieve integration smoothly into the nature and the culture.
