Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 衛生教育學系 === 96 === This study aims to construct teaching indicators for self-esteem and body image of Health and Physical Education Area’s curriculum in junior high school. Delphi Technique was used and twenty-two experts were selected to compose the expert panel. After completed three-round questionnaire, the major results of this study were as follows.
1. There are three basic dimensions of teaching self-esteem and body image on Health and Physical Area’s curriculum in junior high school, including student dimension, teacher dimension, and school dimension. Teacher dimension includes classroom management, teaching methods, and instructional assessments.
2. Based on the five components of self-esteem, forty-one indicators were constructed for student dimension.
3. Fifty-eight indicators were constructed for teacher dimension, and the indicators of classroom management were also constructed based on the five components of self-esteem.
4. Focused on school administrative measures, six indicators were constructed for school dimension.
According to the conclusion of this study, the author proposed some suggestions for practical education and further studies.
1. Suggestions for practical education
(1) The authorities of education can apply the indicators to revise Health and Physical Education Area’s competence indicators of nine-year integrated curriculum.
(2) The school can base on the indicators to inspect the effect on teaching self-esteem and body image.
(3) Junior high school Health and Physical Education teachers can deliberate the indicators on try to compile teaching materials and design curriculum.
2. Suggestions for further studies:
(1) Expand the expert panel, including Health and Physical Education teachers in junior high school.
(2) Enhance the stability on study teaching indicators for self-esteem and body image of Health and Physical Education Area’s curriculum in junior high school.
(3) Conduct the teaching experimental research.
