碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 96 === 英文摘要 The main purpose of the research was to find the teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high schools. To achieve the purpose of the study, organized relevant theories of First-Aid knowledge and interviewed the experts with conducted 3 rounds Delphi method to develop the formal test, also the teachers in industrial vocational high schools were sampled randomly by this research. A total of 2,139 valid questionnaires were collected, with 81.32% return rate. Through descriptive statistics method, t-test, one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA were used for data analysis and discussions. The results of this study were summarized as follow: 1. During the process of practicum, it was easier to happen general trauma accident in industrial vocational high school in Taiwan. 2. During the process of practicum, the main reason of the accident was usually caused by human factors. 3. The phenomenon of teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high Schools in Taiwan was lower middle. 4. There was a significant difference in teachers’ workplace First-Aid knowledge and skills in industrial vocational high Schools in Taiwan with different background variables.
