Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育經營與管理研究所碩士班 === 96 === The major aim of this study is to construct a set of indicators which can be appropriately applied to Internationalization of Education in Elementary Schools. First, the initial construction of indicators of Internationalization of Education in Elementary Schools derives from international and domestic literature reviews concerning with Internationalization of Education. Based on the above-mentioned initial indicators, this study, secondly, makes interviews with four interviewees, who are either principals or directors in the Elementary Schools of Tainan, to check and revise one indicator by one indicator for getting the more suitable descriptions which could be followed especially by Elementary Schools. Thus, we finish the formal indicator construction of Internationalization of Education in Elementary Schools, including nine key frames which amount to forty-seven items. They are the dimension of Version (contains six items), Organizational Management and Structure (contains five items), Curriculum and Teaching(contains five items), International Interaction of Primary Education (contains four items), Environmental Construction of Internationalization (contains eight items), Environment for E-learning (contains six items), Ability of the Higher-Grade Students on E-learning (contains six indicators), Finance and Relevant Resources (contains three items) and Human Resource Development (contains four indicators). Finally, this research makes use of the formal indicators of Internationalization of Education for Elementary Schools to organize one relative-weight questionnaire and asks a group of respondents in Elementary Schools to fill this questionnaire up. Moreover, we analyze the result of questionnaire by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to arrange the orders of indicators of Internationalization of Education by the individual importance. We deeply hope that this research could provide the useful applications of implementing and evaluating Internationalization of Education in the institutions of Education administration, Elementary schools and all stakeholders.
