Most of the studies about the factors of success or failure take the quantitative research as the research method but this study uses an Interpretive Study of using the five factors (Lussier 2005) that affect the success or failure in Real Estate Brokerage, including capital, industry experience, planning, professional advice, and age of owner. In addition, the savants also try to find the potential factors that affect the Real Estate Brokerage. This further study found that the five factors (Lussier 2005) have am impact on the real estate company. The incidence of the five factors changes depends on the size of the company. For instance, big or small company all have the need of funds, the only one difference is the degree. Furthermore, the advancement of information technology (IT) also affects the development of the real estate brokerage. In addition to shortening the work process, IT accelerates the flow of things and overthrows the previous mode of operation. The uses of information technology have helped reduce the risk of failure. This study elaborates on the factors (Lussier 2005) with the interpretive study, and probe into the influences of the five factors in depth. This study also found that the influences of the information technology. For practical, this study recommended that it is necessary to be provided with the capital, industry experience, planning, professional advice, age of owner and information technology when establishing a real estate brokerage company. The six factors help for reducing the risk of failure in real estate industry and thereby enhancing the development of the real estate company.
