碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 早期療育研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to understand parenting experiences in infant with cerebral palsy. This study use qualitative study, documents to confer and arrangement, design a interview program of semi-structured interviers , to collected study data one by one. This study interview nine parents with cerebral palsy in Taichung city, realizing the current situation of parenting experiences and the influencing facters of parenting experiences in infant with cerebral palsy. The main findings in the study are as followed: 1. Parenting experiences in infant with cerebral palsy ：first understand the process of parent’s childbirth and child’s diagnose, a result of documents to confer, to realize the parenting experiences ,including four parts of mental stress,mental adapte,parenting attitude and use of intervention resources。Four parts simple describe as follow;（1）parent’s mental stress include of sick infant care,mental stress, economical pressure, Mother-in-law links up pressure, the diagnosis gets sick a pressure. （2）adjustment process include of the mother raises the healthy child losing , Mother's dream broken, Father's strength, family member's support, belief strength.（3）parent’s attitude of education：directing and assisting the children in the home , self- study,commnication with professionals,parent’s knowledge and ability（4）using early intervention service resources by parents,researcher from the early intervention of notification and the resources use effect discusses, no matter is voluntarily notifies perhaps the healing institute assists the notifies, discovered the parents all are affirmed the effects in early intervention . 2. The influencing facters of parenting experiences in infant with cerebral palsy, including positive aspects and negative aspects. （1）positive aspects come from the parenting manner optimistic is positive and social support.（2）negative aspects come from the hard situation from family aspect,social aspect. Based on the findings, appropriate recommendations were offered to the providers of early intervention as well as the parents with cerebral palsy.
