This study is designed with two testing orders and different item weight passed criterions. The information of testing items of one selected concept are three different kinds of item weight, they are “achieved item weight”, “equal item weight”, and “ordering probability item weight”. This study compares the effects of the adapted test processing used the real response of students advanced by this paper. The result shows that the adapted test processing advanced by this paper can clearly point out students’ wrong concepts and reduced the used test item numbers.
