While rebuilding up to structure need to collect students’ response as new items, the cost of test is very expensive. Then how to save the cost of testing will be a problem. In our designed method, in the first, we need to add items and divide them into three parts. The simulation makes use of the on-line test tested by examinee. And after finished the adaptive test of old items, we assign a part of test with new items again. Then we collect the data of online test to renew structure. After above, we will build up the structure of each part and evaluate the sets of the individual structure accuracy that the renewed structure is in different sample. We also evaluate the difference of the renewing results with knowledge structure between a student test only part and complete new items. The results with our research are listed as follow: 1. Make use of the way of on-line collected sample to save the cost and the testing time in data processing and renew structure. 2. In the same accuracy and economical item of ratio and when the separate structure accuracy is higher, we only need a little amount of samples and have the better results. 3. When the separate accuracy is higher, more number of samples can more approach the result to complete response.
