碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 體育研究所 === 96 === Abstract This research is aimed at understanding the circumstances and correlation of elementary school P.E. teachers’ work values and organizational commitment. The anticipation in organizational commitment caused by teachers’ work values is further analyzed and discussed. This study used the questionnaire survey. By means of circulating questionnaires among 795 P.E. teachers chosen purposive sample from 66 elementary schools and collecting 684 filled questionnaires, which made the return rate up to 86.04%, objective and concrete information was accumulated for further analysis. With the statistical methods of the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's posteriori comparison, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis, conclusions are as follows: 1. The degree of work values among elementary school P.E. teachers is above the average. 2. The degree of organizational commitment among elementary school P.E. teachers is above the average. 3. Sex, part-time coach, P.E. department, school size and school region have the significant effects on elementary school P.E. teachers’ work values. 4. Length of service, duty, part-time coach, P.E. department, school size and school region have the significant effects on elementary school P.E. teachers’ organizational commitment. 5. There was positive significant correlation between elementary school P.E. teachers’ work values and organizational commitment. 6. There was significant predictor with work values of elementary school P.E. teacher to organizational commitment
