Participants were 183 male high school students with mean age of 16.9 (SD = .61) years and administered with Sport Goal Orientation Scale, Perceived Ability, and collected their swimming performance during PE class. By one-way ANOVA statistical analysis, this study found there’s no goal profiles differences in high school students. However, by one-way ANOVA statistical analysis, this study found high perceived ability students’ swimming performance are better. Finally, by hierarchical statistical analysis, it was found the relationship between achievement goals and swimming performance had not been moderated by perceived ability in these high school students. According to results, this study proposed several suggestions for the PE teachers and swimming coaches. 盧俊宏 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 66 zh-TW
