Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 體育研究所 === 96 === The main purpose of the study was to investigate the correlation among job satisfaction , organization commitment and burnout of the P.E. teachers in public junior high schools in Taoyuan County . Subjects were 152 teachers including 83 male , 69 female. Research tools were based on “Teacher’s Satisfaction Measurement ”,” Teacher’s Organization Commitment Measurement ” and “Teacher’s Burnout Measurement ”. The data analysis has included descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, oneway ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression. The major conclusions of this research are as follows:1 In P.E. teacher’s job satisfaction, female teachers were better and male in “Human Relationship”, but in “Leadership” were opposed. On the whole , the P.E. teachers were higher than average level in job satisfaction.2 In P.E. teacher’s organization commitment, there were not different in gender , teaching experience , educational background and marriage state. On the whole, the P.E. teachers were higher than average level in organization commitment.3 In P.E. teacher’s Burnout, it had significantly difference , male teachers were more than female’s .The educational background were higher , the burnout was lower. On the whole, the P.E. teachers were lower than average level in burnout.4 The job satisfaction and the organization commitment of the teachers have the significantly forecast ability to burnout.
