Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to evaluate the training outcomes for recreational instructors .This study applied the Kirkpatrick’s training program evaluation model within the reaction level, learning level and behavior level to evaluate training outcomes for the Youth Preoccupation Training Program. Literature reviews, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were employed in this study .The findings were as follows: 1. Reaction level: The trainees were satisfied with the instructors of professional knowledge, method of training, content of courses, and training way of the program. 2. Learning level: The trainees did learn the knowledge and skills of Professional Skills Courses and First Aid Course from this program. In affection and ability, the trainees did learn the ability of self-concept, interpersonal communication, and personal life effectiveness from this program. 3. Behavior level: The trainees did apply the knowledge and skills of Core Courses, Professional Skills Courses, and First Aid Course from this program to their workplace. In affection and job attitudes, the trainees did apply the ability of problem-solving, creativity and interpersonal communication from this program to their workplace.
