However, they have now realized how important healthy diet is it of preventing diseases, so people gradually became more serious about it. This research was based primarily on a framework of social cognitive theory (SCT).We examined the relationship between main concepts, and we tried to predict the intention to adopt healthy eating practices. The study used” Low-fat, Low-salt, Low-sugar”, and” High-fiber, More-water” as principles of healthy eating behavior. We adopted the open type questionnaire answered by the subjects, college students, which meals food away from home (FAFH) and have more choices of food. After collecting questionnaires, the researcher eliminated those inefficient ones and analyzed data with SPSS 13.0. In this study, we investigated the college students’ eating behavior. Then, we confirmed the influential determinants of healthy eating behavior. Finally, we surveyed the relations between conceptions of SCT and eating behavior, and predicted the intention healthy eating behavior.
