Rotating performance, linking up with traveling itinerary, provides the diversified entertaining choices to the publicity, and can expand their innovative wide, deeply perspectives. This study concerns, in Taiwan, a specific growing trend of health care related to performance with rotating traveling. Based on the uniqueness of individual experiences & perceptions to health care with the peculiar traveling in international exhibitions, art festivals or others, we intended to probe the related content, awareness, feeling, and potentially risk factors. Through qualitative study design, seven performing art workers were recruited to be interviewed in the study, and the aims focused on their role, seniority, work content and health-related awareness, subjective perception related to health impact with showing experiences, and potentially risk factors related to the travel. Investigator tried to annotate and induce the data and information from the interview. The preliminary result of the health impact factors in the rotating performance showed, firstly physical environment, humanistic environment, self-pressure, team-driving, etc. in several domains; secondly, peculiar implication of diet intake, living space compression, maladjustment, medication use and resistance, morbidity involving of the colleague, health impact and prevention in the trip, schedule and time factors; and ultimately rather, reflecting the coping styles of mutual understanding & communicating in advance, self-detecting, stressor buffering of venting, effectiveness from prior experiences, attractiveness of performing participation, etc. The conclusion has several folds: (i). Most interviewees usually bear heavy loading & stressor in the trips; (ii). Itinerary arrangement for the rotating performance obviously affected the health impacts of performing workers; (iii). The limitation of rotating performance art workers abroad, whatever, was tremendous than usual; (iv).The potential health impacts to rotating performance art workers cover natural environment, health care, personal background & impact, and itinerary arrangement and others; (v).It will be adapted better through listening, sharing and adopting of past experiences.
