It has been first adopted by American Ministry of National Defense & NASA and at the same time, they have also requested their co-manufacturers to employ such principle. Since then, many constructions and engineering works start introducing the project management in managing their projects. The leap of IT industry has further put Project Management forward in 1990''s. Project management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in such a way that the project is completed within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. The project management is not a one-way management. It emphasizes on the integration of management both vertically and horizontally across departments. Under the globalization nowadays, the request of using project management in tackling projects among departments, between companies or even across oversea enterprises is rather common. Hence, the equipping of Project Management knowledge has become vital important in most companies. Good and effective project management can enhance the project working well. Consequently, the project can be adhered to the planed schedule; within the cost budget, reduce the project risk and assure its quality. It will also increase stronger enterprise’s competition ability, efficiency as well as to secure the organization development. Relatively, the poor project management will not give a positive impact to the project but it will even ruin the existence and the development of the company. The project management system of western enterprise will normally comprise of: building up a project management platform, developing project management professionals, good operation management, systematic project management system, promotion, supervision, cross-checking, reviewing & improvement and auditing. The good project management demands the ability of leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational influence. During the five project stage: the starting (project defining), planning, delivery, control and close-down & review, the requirement of using the technique of integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, procurement management can enable the completion of the project successfully. The main purpose of this research is to study how the project organization that will affect the performance of the Project Management. It is hoped that by studying of this, it can help the enterprises or organizations’ management to have better understand on what kind of factors that will influence the result and the control of the project during the execution of Project Management.
