Two kindergarten teachers and three new immigrant female of one public kindergarten in Kaohsiung were involved in this study. The in-depth interview, as the major part, and both the non-participant observation and the documentary approach, as the minor parts, were used to collect data for research. The research results were described as below. The research results were described as below. 1. The opinions of parents and teachers on the communication event include: (1) The behavioral performance of young children was the point of parent-teacher communication. (2) The difficulties faced by parents and teachers in communicating were caused by multiple factors, such as time arrangement, communication attitudes, language and culture. (3) The benefits of parent-teacher communication exhibited multiple characteristics; e.g., the parent-teacher cooperation in educating young children, the understanding of the family background of the young children, the further professional enhancement of teachers, and the improvement of the parenting and educating intelligence. 2. The opinions of parents and teachers on communication channel include: (1) The communication channels used by parents and teachers included face-to-face interview, phone interview, written notice, and books and articles. (2) Face-to-face interview would achieve communication effects better. Finally, recommendations were provided in accordance with the results of the current study as a reference for kindergarten teachers, new immigrant females, and future researchers.
