Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 獸醫學系所 === 96 === The objective of this study is to develop a mathematical model to evaluate the sensitivity of Salmonella isolation rate from pooled chicken feces samples. In the beginning, totally of 40 chicken feces samples were collected, and each was weighted into 5 duplicate tubes (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2.5 g), respectively. In addition, 5 samples (0.5 g each) were randomly taken from 40 samples and pooled into a tube. Ten samples (0.25 g each) were also randomly taken from 40 samples and pooled into another fresh tube. After the sensitive examination, the obtained data was applied into the mathematical model, Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) , which was carried out the simulation appraisal result. The result of this evaluation showed that single faces sample incubated for 24 hours as well as 48hours was the best condition. Moreover, the sensitivity was also increase by extending cluture time, and all pooled samples value could arrival to 80%. Therefore, this pattern was likely revised the parameter value again and should be possible to achieve the more accurate presumptive value. Utilizing again to this scene, the obtained value could compares and carries on exchanging the entire field sensitivity, which was reducing the manpower physical resource consumption and lower the price cost.
