Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 96 === Recently, with the raising of the environmental sense, some materials which contain harmful health elements will be inhibited. Although lead-based piezoelectric materials such as PZT are presently most widely used in practical industry. Unfortunately, due to the toxicity of lead oxide, PZT materials will be limited to use eventually. In the fature, new synthesized piezoelectric materials have to evaluate the impact on both ecological environment and environmental pollution problems hefore their applications. Thesefore, form the viewpoint of environment-friendly and sustainalle development of the world soaiety, it is necessary and urgent to synthesize new lead-free piezoelectric materials. Ameng the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, BNT is the most attractive due to is excellent piezoelectric properties. In this study the effects of the different calcined and sintered temperature, and the amount of sintering aid ZnO additive on microstructures and dielectric properties of BNT based ceramics are investigated.
