Initially, the word of “Transforming Type Leader” were mentioned in a book of “Leadership” by Bruns in 1978. Bruns researched and pointed out a transforming type leader with the attractive idea and ethical idea, for instance: justice, fair, freedom and humanitarianism etc. which attempt to recall the conscientious for all members, The research focus on the point how to “ Change” from the existing values of organization, interpersonal relationships, organization culture and manners through the leadership function. This research attempts to use the tools of the affinity, the diligence straightness, the extroversion, the nervous and the public experience by the five personality special characteristic to discuss openly whether difference the personality special characteristic, to affect in the transformation leadership four construction of leadership, the mind inspiration, the intelligence inspiration and the individualizing formation of concern for an individual. This research are determined by the way of collecting the samples from military high level officers and executive staffs based on one professional logistic unit at military facility which objects are including the airplane, avionic shop maintenance factory, test equipment calibration maintenance shop, quality control and supply support division etc. Total 472 questionnaires were requested during the process of research and 361 questionnaires were retrieved, 314 are valid, the effective rate of recovery is 66.53%. This research results were proved: 1).The diligence straightness predicts apparently encouragement on glamour type leadership, soul and intelligence inspiration being verified, which it is influenced with individual attentiveness 2). It have not been supported for the affinity and transforming leader on “ glamour type leadership”', “ encouragement of soul”, “inspire by intelligence”, and “individual attentiveness” of four construction leadership. 3).The extroversion, the nervous and the public experience to affect in the transformation leadership four construction of leadership have not been also supported.
