Practically, people usually use PERT to compute the dates of finishing. It is easy but may not be able to immediately react and eliminate the real causes of the project delay. As a result, this research tried to use FMEA to find out the true reasons and developed practical modulus of risks by using transformation system; then, we evaluated the FMEA validity of improvement and relative modulus of eliminated risks. In addition, while calculating the period of finishing based on PERT, we also viewed risks of the project and the validity of improvement as important parameters and gave a sample of “H company” to verify the accuracy of the model.
