It makes the station diversified by the participation of all kind of community organizations. In the process of promoting the plan ,especially, Pingtung county adapted ‘Religion-oriented Welfare Service in Community’, which combine community with religion groups that own abundant resources. To understand what the operating characteristics of religion groups in the plan is, this study adapted case study and secondary data analyze to realize the process of resource operation. The purpose of this study are: 1.To explore the characteristics and development of the Chao Lin temple community care station. 2.To understand the process of resource mobilizating、connecting and integrating of the Chao Lin temple community care station. 3.To make some concrete suggestions basing on the result of the research from the experiences of the Chao Lin temple community care station. According to the presentation of the result, researcher found the characteristics of the Chao Lin temple community care station as follows: (1) many volunteers, but few group cohesion, (2) charity and resources abundantly ,but specialization is not enough, (3) staffs have motive to service, but organization structure is not build completely, and (4) network connecting is extensive, but mobilization is not enough. Otherwise, about the client satisfaction, the attitude of staff is the highest score, and holding professional activities is lowest scores. The research makes these suggestions as follows: (1) Enhancing human management and training of religion group, (2) Religion group should more positive to build professional service resource network to enhancing the resource mobilization. (3) Government officer should negotiate with board of religion group before they build a care station in community to bring the outcome into full play.
