Although the deep sea water can be used for many types of industries, but because of lacking an effective integration of system and industrial efficiency level, the industry has been unable to smoothly promote. This research is with the economic analysis of the temperature-controlled agriculture manufacturers into deep sea biological technology parks as the research topics, formed a investment decision-making. Construction of the model based on original multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) model, combines with the fuzzy theory, the model will be converted to fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (FMOLP) model to construct the valuation mode of the manufacturers investment performance. Case proved, with high economic value of the flowers for the study, and advances the specific conclusions and recommendations for follow-up affiliated research of scholars and reference of the actual application.
