Summary:博士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 96 === This study aimed at investigating the current conditions of managerial innovation, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness in elementary schools; the researcher also studied the correlation of the abovementioned terms. Subjects were school principals and teachers in Kaohsiung city, Kaohsiung county, and Pingtung county. Copies of questionnaires were given according to the size of the school. The total of samples attended the survey was 1,306; the total of effective samples were 1,144. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS12.0 Chinese version. The statistical methods were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, F-test, product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis; The research results were drawn below: 1. Schools were able to reach the goals of managerial innovation, organizational culture, and promoted the organizational effectiveness. 2. Schools were able to manage the school with innovation, mold the school with quality organizational culture, and advanced the effectiveness of organization according to each school''s different regional background. 3. Managerial innovation, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness had close interrelationships. 4. Leaders were capable of implementing managerial innovation, molding organization, and promoting organizational effectiveness with the viewpoint of multi-structure. 5. Managerial innovation and organizational culture could predicted the tendency of organizational effectiveness. Finally, according to the results of this study, the researcher provides the school principals and educational authorities of administration with the following suggestions: 1. Suggestions for school principals - (1) The school principal needs to have a revolutionary concept of school management to mold the school with organizational culture. And then the school principal can efficiently advance the organizational effectiveness of the school. (2) The leaders need to have the viewpoint of multi-structure on school’s managerial renovation, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness. 2. Suggestions for educational authorities of administration - (1) It is a must to make the school principal have correct concepts of managerial innovation, organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness. The school principal needs to be able to execute effective strategies. (2) It is necessary to hold teachers’ seminars and have enhancing teaching innovation and classroom management as priorities. Seminars are held with purposes of molding the school with a quality culture and enhancing the school’s organizational effectiveness. 3. Suggestions for further studies - (1) With regard to study variables and other possible variables, this study does not contain many variables of students’ performance. The researcher suggests future researchers including the abovementioned variables for future studies. (2) Future researchers should cover subjects of school principals and teachers from schools in northern, mid, western, and eastern Taiwan. A study contains subjects from various areas will represent study results with a stronger foundation.
