Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 96 === This purpose of this study is to investigate the status kindergarten life adjustments of southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children on Kauhsiung City, analysis differences of the background variation of kindergarten life adjustments of southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children and the relationships of the attitude of kindergarten teachers with kindergarten life adjustments, realize the viewpoints of kindergarten teachers towards kindergarten life adjustments and make the conclusions and suggestions.
To reach the goal of the investigation, Kindergarten Life Adjustments of Southeast Asia Immigrant Spouses’ Children Questionnaire, created by writer, is the main method. 476 questionnaires were issued. 399 were returned(83.82%). Then the Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe’ method, Pearson product-moment correlation method were applied. The standardized semi-structured interviews with 6 kindergarten teachers were held. The results and conclusions are as follows:
1. The status of kindergarten life adjustments of southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children:
southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children perform well in kindergarten life adjustments and better performance on the group activities
2. Differences of the background variation of kindergarten life adjustments of southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children:
(1)Girls perform better than boys on Interpersonal Relationship, Conventional and Study Adaptations
(2)Middle-aged class perform better than junior class on Group Activities and Selfhood Adaptation.
(3)Health will effect the performance of Studies Ability.
(4)Non-Vietnamese immigrant spouses’ children perform better on Studies Ability.
(5)The joblessness of male parents will obviously effect Studies Ability , Ability to take care of oneself and Selfhood Adaptation of southeast Asia immigrant spouses’ children .
(6)Those whose mothers’ jobs are housekeepers perform better on Studies Ability , Ability to take care of oneself.
(7)Those whose fathers graduated from senior high schools perform better on Interpersonal Relationship, Group Activities, Studies Ability and Selfhood Adaptation.
(8)Those whose mothers graduated from junior high schools perform better on Group Activities, Studies Ability and Selfhood Adaptation.
(9)The Chinese capability of southeast Asia immigrant spouses will obviously effect Interpersonal Relationship, Study Adaptations and Ability to take care of oneself.
(10)Family economic status, marriage status of parents, school configuration and class quality won’t effect kindergarten life adjustments.
(11)Low authority high care of the parents will cause their children better kindergarten life adjustments.
(12)Those whose primary caregiver is their mother will perform better in kindergarten life adjustments.
(13)Those who are in the Mixed-age Class perform better than those who are in the junior class.
(14)Those whose school is located in the military area perform better than those whose school is located in the fishing area on Studies Ability
3. The attitude of kindergarten teachers towards children and the relationship between the teachers and children are positively related.
In final, the suggestions and the vision based on the results of the research are handed for the related authorities, kindergartens, teachers and researchers.
