碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this research is in the study of junior college and university about practical management of campus crisis , that integrate the military crisis scenario with the military crisis management ability and, adopting the questionnaire survey with 27 junior colleges and universities in Kao-Pin area, (in addition to the Open University in Kaohsiung City and military school) 379 members of campus crisis management to be the research object, and with study tool from the "the crisis in the practical management of campus crisis , integrate the military crisis scenario into the military crisis management ability questionnaire", the data of the result with SPSS statistics the software package to carry on the description covariance, t test,the single factor variation number analysis, the Pearson product-moment correlation and diverse regression etc. statistics method carry on the analysis, and acquire a conclusion: 1.The junior colleges and universities differ from the type, sex, join time and the campus defence regiment . It has a Potential worry to manage the actual situation during occurrence of the crisis . 2.The junior colleges and universities have different category between sex, function,join time and campus defence regiment . It is variable in integrating the military crisis scenario knowledge, And the application of the military crisis scenario did not integrate into the practical management of campus crisis 3. There are 58.8% members in the junior colleges and universities think" cross-straits may take place the war probably, then having 70.5% members are"anxious about surprise attack conducting by mainland China". 4. The junior colleges and universities have different category between type ,sex, join time and the campus defence regiment .It seems to be variable and unable at the military crisis . 5. There are 72.8% members in the junior colleges and universities, think" the President " has ability to coordinate the contingency of war disaster, and 62.7% members, think , it has the ability to handle the war disaster. However among them 54.3% members doubt of "the contingency ability" during the military crisis . 6. Practical management of campus crisis in the junior colleges and universities integrate with the military crisis scenario and they are related. 7. It is anticipative in the military crisis scenario knowledge to manage the each level of campus crisis.
