And its training types those vibrate the whole body or local segments by particular amplitudes and frequencies, and it was confirmed effective to increase muscular strength. The purpose of this study is to develop a system for tug-of-war on strength training to probing its effects as we take subjects are primary school students. For the study we collected the related parameters of tuggers’ muscular strength before and after training and tested it by “pair-data sample t test”. The significance level was set at α=.05. The result shows that after 6 weeks by vibration stimulation training, the parameters of muscular strength is improved. It is revealed on statistics were significantly different on maximal force[MaxF], rate force of development[RFD] (p<.05). but there’s no significant difference among [MinF] , [AverF] and [RT].
