Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育心理與輔導學系 === 96 === Abstract This research focuses on a novice play therapist’s personal learning experiences and it is written in the way of self-narrative. The content includes the researcher’s three stages from starting to study in the graduate school to the end of practicum, and then to practice. During each stage of this therapy story, there was a turmoil among the learning of play therapy, the philosophy of children’s problem, and the researcher’s personal issues. However, the researcher tried to understand the situation and explain it. Finally, the researcher found his own meaning in learning. The partition and focuses of the three stages are as the following: Stage one: This was a process of learning by doing. It started from first contacting children until the beginning of practicum. The main jobs were to maintain the motivation, to perceive oneself, and to accumulate experiences. Stage two: This was a process of doing by learning. It covered the whole process of practicum. The main focuses were theoretical study and systematical supervision. Stage three: This was a process of learning to perceive oneself. It was after the end of practicum. The main focuses were to deal with the personal issues coming up gradually during the process of treatment, and also to make personal definition of professional work.
