The “ Career Self-concept Scale for the Students of Hearing-impaired at Junior High School”was employed as the study instrument. The data was obtained from 121 students of hearing-impaired at junior high school. The quantitative data was processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main findings of the study were as follow: 1.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school''s career self-concept scores in scale and subscales were all above the mean value. 2.There are no significant differences of career self-concept for the students of hearing-impaired at junior high school among different sexs, grades in junior high school, age groups, hearing lose degrees, social economic statuses, school achievement, and influence of same generation. 3.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school using oral communication or total communication had better career self-concept than whose using sign language. 4.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school who had more accepted hearing lose of his own had better career self-concept. 5.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school whose parents had better anticipation for them had better grades in career self-concept. 6.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school in general class had better career self-concept than whose in special school. 7.Students of hearing-impaired at junior high school who has better school life had better career self-concept.
