The method of this study is a quasi-experimental methodology. The research objects are four graders of Class A and B in Kaohsiung Refon Primary School. There are 33 students in the experimental group. They accept the 15 week-long plan: once a week, 40 minutes each time, 3 main topics, 15 units, 32 lessons. On the other hand, there are 30 students in control group, accepting general curriculum. The first measured, latter and school diary to proceed the experimental group to change analyzes and as an assistant tool of appraise the result. The main findings abstracted from the study are as follows: 1. After the plan, the four graders’ concepts of finance management are immediately promoted. Moreover, the improvement of "the investment and finance management" is especially obvious. 2. After the plan, the four graders’ finance management ability is a long-enduring result, especially the effect of "the investment and finance management." 3. Most of the students of the experimental group express their affirmation and positive feedback. They are impressed and benefit from the plan. 4. The parents recognize the change of the students in the experimental group. The implementation of the plan of finance management is approved by the parents as well.
