碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 行銷與流通管理系 === 96 === The purpose of this paper is to investigate the combined effect of a channel coordination practice, the joint replenishment arrangement and a lot sizing integration for a manufacturer-retailer channel. The manufacturer produces the family products in batches at a finite production rate, and distributes the products to a retailer in a number of shipments. The retailer faces the determined marketplace and consumes the products at the fixed rates. Both the centralized and the decentralized decision-making policies in the multi-items and two-level supply chain had been formulated with an aim to minimize the channel wide costs. In addition, the optimal properties and the numerical study had also been conducted to offer structural and quantitative insight into the interplay between channel coordination, joint replenishment and the lot sizing integration decisions.
