But previous researches niggardly discussed on-line game success model. This study use DeLone and McLean’s information system successful model (IS Success Model) to measure and amendment on-line games success or not, and understand which is the most important quality to current consumer. We use questionnaire method and collect data from on-line game experience user and get 421 effective questionnaires. The result shows that "system quality" and "information quality" in the information system successful model are positive relative to “network externality", "user's satisfaction" and “internet addiction ". "Information quality" is the most important quality to current consumer and it means the more "user's satisfaction" degree, the higher “recurring use ". ”Service quality" to internet addiction is an important relationship, but the study result shows not. For on-line game players, maintain games’ normal operation is important, and operators should care about it. Players ask for help when the games broken only. This study shows the causal relation of information system success model of online games.
