The study aims to construct the knowledge map of related researches by literature review. We collect reports of virtual community within 10 years from online journal databases and categorize them into five main subjects and eleven sub-items. The knowledge map is then constructed. The results show member behavior and online learning are the two of most popular issues. Online commerce is also an issue that related reports are increasingly discussed.
