After post-modern deconstructionism philosophy rising, female experience isn’t ignored anymore. In education administration domain, female leaders or principals are not only more and more but also playing significant roles, comparing ten years ago. Through the research of female principal models, we can realize how they overcome difficulties and present enlightenment for first-line basic level female teachers. This study is based on qualitative research to understand “first” “female” “founder” principals’ complete process and educational goal achievement while developing schools. By analyzing the in-depth interviewing data of the principals’ successful experience, her process through developing school and self-achievement is as follows: 1. The motive, predicament, and breaking-through method: The female principal’s motive is to construct a premium, warm campus. When building the school, she faced construction or other difficulties, and then broke through by integrating professional fields and believing in herself. 2. The female principal put her own belief into practice in the campus as the workout domain. 3. The female principal’s gender experience: She identified herself with female characteristics and advantages to refine female professional image. 4. The female principal’s inter-relationship between marriage and life courses. 5. The female principal’s significant others: The original family provided identifying to self character and positive characteristics. 6. Self-orientation and meaning as developing schools: The meaning is to surmount herself, enrich viewpoints and approve herself. Therefore, the research subject of this study is the female founder principal; besides, the purpose is to discover female principal’s self-development process and life image. The conclusions are: 1.Strong attempt made the female founder principal draw the outline of self- achievement image. 2.Beforehand eyesight let the female founder principal grasp self- achievement chance. 3.Conquering challenges affirmed the female founder principal’s self- achievement belief. 4.Summit experience reinforced the female founder principal’s self- achievement power. 5.Identifying female characteristics gave the female founder principal’s self- achievement space. Generalizing the process and conclusion as above, the research not only provides the model of female success experience but hopes that “female model” can help other potential education administrators to find the strategy and key point to prompt achievement and success in themselves and to fulfill their dreams. Furthermore, to encourage more potential education administrators, the study suggest some points for educational supervision to train female administrators or select female principals: 1.Provide female administrators complete administration training and necessary assistance. 2.Become female administrators’ significant others to support them to embrace their female character. 3.Use different thoughts and aspects to look into female administrators to supply multiple, rich and delicate thinking space. 謝臥龍 余嬪 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 190 zh-TW |
