| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 環境教育研究所 === 96 === “Sustainable Development '' is already an important topic in the 20th century. By the way, it has become important trend the local authorities plan “Sustainable Development indicators” to implement this topic. Thus, a sustainable development indicator system was developed in this study for appraising the status of sustainable development in Kinmen County. Qualitative approaches such as expert interviews and quantitative research methodologies, e.g., the Fuzzy Delphi method were employed. To modify the present situation condition and peculiar local characteristic of Kinmen County into the indicators. The operatability of the indicators and frame-work were also taken into consideration. At last, 37 indicators included in 4 components and 14 major issues were derived. Formulation for each of the indicators were determined based on its definition and quality/availability of the corresponding data. Finally, statistic numeral data government published from year 2000 to year 2007 for analysis and examine the results of constructing a sustainable city on developmental expense government offered in Kinmen . During this period, 16 dicators to represented 「moving towards sustainability」, 9 dicators to represented 「moving away from sustainability」, 2 dicators to represented「standing still」, 10 dicators while for count to had no data.. The goal of this research is through suitability evaluating of an assessment system for sustainable development with place characteristics according to telling the developmental setting and monitored dimension of a city easier and clearer, and finally fitting the input of substance expense from government for constructing a sustainable city.
