碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 輔導與諮商研究所 === 96 === The family experience among adolescent victims suffered intra-family sexual abuse Hung-Wen Lu Abstract The purpose of this research intends to explore the family experience, emotional feeling, recognition and thought, and reacting behavior of victimized adolescents from intra-family sexual abuses. Through interpreting the perspective from hermeneutic phenomenology, this research makes attempt at restoring the essence of family experience from the victimized adolescents suffered in the intra-family sexual abuses. In addition, this research also interprets the imbedded meanings in the experience itself. This research adopts purposeful sampling. Five of the 18~22 years old victimized teenagers from intra-family sexual abuse were invited for depth interviewing in three to five times. And ninteen of the collected documentation materials were further processed through thematic analysis. Through phenomenological reduction and material interpretation for this thesis by the researcher, in addition to research participant’s concurrence under the premise of interchangeable theme subjects, this research summarizes into six common themes. The findings of this research are as followed:1.) Loving the family~ in remembrance of inseparable friendship; 2.) Resentment at the family ~ bitterness towards hot boiled family environment; 3.) Family dimness ~ secrets boxed-in and looking for support; 4.) Leaving the family ~ seek out a new life after complete family tie cutoff; 5.) Family as a hindrance ~ tripped by culture and hard to shake off; 6.) Expectations of the family ~ resolve the gridlock deep down inside and revisit with new perspective. From the findings of these six themes, the family experience, systemic operation and the society’s line of thoughts for the research participants are found to be closely interrelated. And most families for these research participants exhibited structural imbalance. The subsystem for the family member’s occupation is poorly operated, lack of flexible boundaries. And the family authorities are found to be imbalanced and inadequately operated in addition to lack of critical support from the brotherhood subsystem. Under the line of thoughts from the society at large, it restricts the course of disclosure and compounds with lack of reciprocity in sexual power context in addition to ensued oppression. In the stymied situation of societal culture, the victim tries to locate ways to regain the vitality as last resort. Lastly, from the research findings, this study intends to propose suggestions coupling with reflections from the findings, and hopefully these can be referenced by future researcher and practical workers.
