Therefore, the IR will be edge toll that the teacher won victory in future. To understand the relationship between junior high school teachers’ behavior of using IR and teachers’ professional development (TPD), and to explore their differences among teachers in the different background, we combined Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) with Inconnected Model Teacher professional Growth (IMTPG) to find whether teachers’ behavior of using IR affect TPD. Also, through reviewing of TPD and IR literature, we have derived out a model that teachers’ behavior of using IR affects TPD. In validating our research model with questionnaire survey, our data supported all the individual causal paths postulated by TPB and IMTPG. Besides, we find the relationship from attitude to behavior. The importance of significant antecedents such as attitude, subject norm and perceived behavior control have impacted on the intention toward using IR behavior; the external domain, know, intention and attitude have impacted on the using IR behavior; the using IR behavior has impacted on TPD. According to result, we suggest that school should encourage teachers use IR to assist teaching work to promote personal professional growth; education authority should renew teaching website content; teachers should break through personal ability to limit, regard pursueing the speciality and growing up as the career goal.
