The analysis of this research was based on relevant documents and self-designed questionnaire completed by 735 6th grade students in Kaohsiung County. The feedback in questionnaire was analyzed with T-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis methods. The conclusion and findings were listed as followed: 1. Elementary school students’ awareness to teachers’ leading methods was above average. “Encouraging method” was the most used for teachers. 2. Elementary school students’ awareness to class atmosphere was positive. “Creative and energetic” atmosphere was the most welcomed. 3. Elementary school students’ awareness to their learning performance was above average. “Active” students performed the best. 4. Female teachers with more years of service in middle size schools were equipped better leading methods. 5. Elementary school students’ awareness of class atmosphere was better to female teachers with more years of service. 6. The more encouraging the leading methods were, the better the students’ learning performance was. 7. The better students’ awareness to class atmosphere was, the better their learning performance was. 8. The better the students’ learning performance, the more positive influence on teachers’ leadership. 9. Elementary school students’ learning performance was better projected for teachers’ encouraging leading methods and well-ruled class atmosphere. Based on the above findings, suggestions were provided to authorities of education, school administrators and elementary school teachers.
